UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Notice was issued in this case on 20.09.2019. The
petitioners grievance is that the respondent No. 1 was enlarged on anticipatory bail.
1 SLP (Crl.) No. 8894/2019
It is brought to the notice of the Court that respondent no. 1 has since filed an affidavit in which she has agreed to repay the amount due to the petitioner.
In view of these developments, nothing survives in this matter. This Court is of the opinion that this is not an appropriate case for interference under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is dismissed.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
