UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
IA No.162650/2022
The application has been filed seeking exemption from
surrendering. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall surrender within one week before the concerned trial court. Since the sentence awarded is 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and payment of fine Rs.1 lakh, it is directed that if the applicant does not surrender within one week from today, the non-bailable warrants be issued against the applicant by the concerned trial court. The office is directed to send the copy of the order to the
trial court forthwith.
