In all these writ petitions filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India, the respective petitioners/convicts have prayed for an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the State Government/appropriate authorities to finally take an appropriate decision on Form A in accordance with law at the earliest.
Without expressing anything on merits, we dispose of the present writ petitions by directing the State Government/appropriate authorities to take an appropriate decision on the respective forms A of the respective petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest, but not later than two months from today and communicate the outcome of the same to the respective petitioners/convicts.
It is reported that the respective petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 171 and 178 of 2022 are released on interim bail by this Court. They are directed to be continued on interim bail as 1 such till the final decision is taken up by the State Government/appropriate authorities on Forms A, as ordered hereinabove. With these observations, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
