UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel for the parties we are of the opinion that this is not an appropriate case to interfere under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

The special leave petition is dismissed. However, a weeks time is granted to the petitioner to apply to the Trial Court for regular bail. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj is directed to complete the proceedings in Case Crime No. 2414 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months from today.
The Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court shall ensure that a compliance report in this regard is filed by the concerned Judge, after expiry of the period.
