UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
H aving heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact that all the co-accused have been released on regular bail, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner who is a lady, is entitled for anticipatory bail.

2 Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner is arrested, she shall be released forthwith on anticipatory bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
