Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, w e are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

However considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioners surrender and apply for regular bail, the same shall be disposed of on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.
