Delay condoned.Learned counsel for the petitioner contends
that all other co-accused have been granted bail and 2 the petitioner has already completed 2 years of custody. Out of four prosecution witnesses examined, three have turned hostile. There are stated to be 13 more witnesses to be examined by the prosecution. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. A copy of the order to accompany the notice.
