UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for the respondents and perused the petition papers.
Having noted that the High Court has adverted to the fact situation as also period of incarceration and granted bail, at this 1 SLP (Crl.)No.926/2022 stage, we see no reason to interfere with the same. However, as alleged by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner if there is any violation of the conditions, it would be open for the petitioner to put forth such contention before the High Court with specific details, which would appreciate the same in accordance with law. Further, the trial court shall also expedite the trial and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
The special leave petition is disposed of.
Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
