UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Heard the wife of the petitioner – Mrs. Lipika Das Sinha, who is also an advocate.
2. Issue notice.
3. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) as a part of fine imposed on him by the High Court, within three working days, with the Registrar General, Appellate Side, High Court at Calcutta, without prejudice to the legal rights of the parties. 2
4. As an interim measure, the petitioner is directed to be released forthwith from judicial custody without insisting for bail bonds.
