UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1 Since the petitioner has during the pendency of these proceedings been arrested and his application for regular bail under Section 439 of the Indian SLP R 11402/2022 2 Penal Code is listed before the High Court today (6 January 2023), the Special Leave Petition is rendered infructuous.
2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that 28 FIRs have been registered submitted against the petitioner and successive FIRs are being filed to prevent him from securing the benefit of bail granted in earlier FIRs.
3 We request the High Court to take up the application under Section 439 with all reasonable expedition.
4 The Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
5 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
