O R D E R
The learned ASG appearing for the respondent/State has pointed out that now arrangements have been made to procure the presence of the Prosecutrix for recording her evidence. She is in Nepal. It is true that the petitioner has undergone incarceration for a period of 02 years and 09 months.
To enable the respondent/State to examine the Prosecutrix, we postpone the hearing of the Special Leave Petition till 1 st March, 2024. If by that time, recording of the evidence of the Prosecutrix is not done, we will proceed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
