1. Leave granted.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the charge- sheet qua the main accused Jagdish Chandra Sharma (father of the present appellant) and Suraj Kala Bai has already been quashed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Indore vide Order dated 19-2-2024 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.994 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the sole respondent State of Madhya Pradesh is not in a position to dispute the said position.
4. In view of the above, we are inclined to allow the present appeal.
5. The appellant accused (Giriraj Sharma) shall be released on bail in connection with the First Information Report being Crime No.191/2022 registered at Susner Police Station, Agar Malwa (Madhya Pradesh), on the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court.

6. The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
