UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having regard to the directions issued by the High Court in the impugned order and the fact that the trial is not yet completed and there are three more months available for
the conclusion of the trial, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, at this stage. The Special Leave Petition is hence dismissed.
Liberty is however reserved to the petitioner herein to seek bail in the event the trial is not concluded within a period of next three months.
Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
