For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The application before the High Court was the 10 th
Bail application, which is rightly rejected by the High Court in which the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC. Filing substantive bail applications, like this, is nothing but an abuse of process of the law and Court. The accused cannot file successive bail applications every month virtually and waste the Courts time. The Special Leave Petition deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed with exemplary costs which is quantified at Rs.10,000/-, which the petitioner shall deposit with the High Court of Madhya Pradesh within a period of four weeks from today. On such deposit, the High Court shall transmit the said amount to the State Legal Services Authority.
Pending applications stand disposed of.
