Applications seeking exemption from filing C/C of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing O.T. are allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the complainant and the petitioner were in a live-in relationship and they separated. It is stated that the dispute also stands resolved. Let the complainant be impleaded as respondent No.2.
1 Amendment memo of parties be filed within a week. Let notice be issued returnable in four weeks. In the meantime, the petitioner be not arrested but shall cooperate with the investigation.
