UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is not a case where pre-arrest bail can be granted to the petitioners. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed. However, we grant time of two weeks to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer. After surrendering, it will be open for the petitioners to apply for regular bail. If such bail application is made, the same shall be decided on its own merits.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
