UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the respondent/State vehemently opposes 1 the petition.
Taking into consideration that the interim protection was granted to the petitioner and he has joined the investigation and charge-sheet has already been filed, we are inclined to allow the application/petition. In the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail in connection with FIR No.09 of 2019 registered at Police Station- Economic Offence Wing, Bhopal, M.P., subject to his executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
