UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
2. Having regard to the allegations made in the counter affidavit filed by the State, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking anticipatory bail.
3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Consequent upon dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, the interim order dated 24-3-2023 passed by this Court protecting the petitioner against arrest stands vacated.
