Leave granted.
Learned for the State submits that the case of the appellant for remission has not been accepted. He submits that bail has been declined to him despite 17 years of incarceration in view of the different cases mentioned at page 4. We have perused the aforesaid list of cases, in respect of the cases at serial numbers (i) and (vi), the appellant has been acquitted. The other cases relate to the time period of vintage 2000 & 2005. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and there being no possibility of immediately hearing the appeal looking to the nature of pendency in the High Court of Allahabad, we grant bail to the appellant on the terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
2 Apart from any other condition, the appellant would be required to report to the local police station on the first Monday of every month in the forenoon.
