UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Aditya Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that instead of pressing these Special Leave Petitions seeking anticipatory bail, the petitioners would surrender and then apply for regular bail.
Taking note of the above submission of the petitioners counsel, three weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender. If the petitioners surrender within three weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the concerned Court should consider the same expeditiously and on merits.
With the above order the Special Leave Petitions are
dismissed.
