UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Leave granted.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the conviction is based only on circumstantial evidence and that too, extra judicial confession of the appellant, and further that he has undergone sentence of almost 10 years, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
4. During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with S.C. No.221 of 2013 on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
