UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The petitioner was enlarged on bail on 15 th March,
2021 for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The present offence alleged is of 19 th September, 2021 where the allegation if of commission of offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 304, 323, 143, 145, 147, 149, 504 and 114 of the IPC.
Considering these facts, at this stage, the petitioner cannot be released on bail. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to apply for bail after eye witnesses are examined in the Trial Court.
Subject to the above observations, the Special Leave
Petition is dismissed.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
