1. Leave granted.
2. We are inclined to set aside the impugned order on the sole ground that the appellant has undergone 9 years of incarceration. Though the appeal is stated to be taken up within a reasonable time, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
3. In such view of the matter, we set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court and t he appellant is, accordingly, directed to be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the trial Court.
4. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
