UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Nataraj, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly submitted that since in this case bail was granted in the year 2020, no interference is warranted at this stage in the bail order.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

We, however, make it clear that in the event there is any breach of condition of bail, it shall be open to the petitioner to apply for cancellation of bail order before the appropriate Court. We also request the appropriate Court to expedite the trial.

disposed of.
