UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The application for restoration is allowed and the Special Leave Petition is restored to its original number.
2. Miscellaneous Application No. 459/2024 stands disposed of
accordingly.
3. This Court while issuing notice on 28.08.2023, passed the following order:
1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
2. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.

3. By way of ad interim order, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail in
connection with FIR bearing C.R. No. 120 of 2023 registered with Manchar police station subject to his executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with one or more sureties in the like amount.

4. It is not in dispute that subsequent thereto the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation.
5. In that view of the matter, the interim order granted by this Court on 28.08.2023 is made absolute.
6. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
