UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the High Court of Patna in Criminal Miscellaneous No.8711 of 2019 wherein the respondent no.2 (petitioner before the High Court) was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court.

We take note that the matter pertains to the year 2019 and as of now, there is no allegation against respondent no.2 that he has violated any of the bail conditions imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the High Court has issued notice but stayed the proceedings before the Trial Court. He prayed that the proceedings before the Trial Court be expedited.

As that matter is not before us, we refrain from passing any such order, however, the petitioner is always at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the High Court.
In terms thereof, the petition stands dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
