UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Since the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail which is granted on 28 th October, 2021 by the High Court and there is no allegation against the respondent that he is misused the liberty after granting the bail, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. However, we clarify that the order impugned herein will not be treated as a precedent in any other matter.
3. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
