Heard learned senior counsel/counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The complainant has filed an impleadment application which is registered as IA No.5833/2024. We allow the impleadment application.
Cause title be amended accordingly.
On going through the materials disclosed, we do not think this is a fit case where the impugned order warrants interference. We decline to interfere with the impugned order and the present petition is dismissed at this stage along with pending application(s), if any.
