UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the incident happened on 06.05.2005 that is about nineteen years back and the petitioner is presently aged about 58 years. He would submit that all throughout the petitioner has been on bail during pendency of the proceedings before the Trial court, appellate court and the High Court.
Considering the entire facts of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to exempt the petitioner from surrendering for a period of one month. IA No.44948/2024 is disposed of granting exemption from surrender for a period of one month.
