UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. None is present for the appellant when the matter is called out.
2. It appears that vide Order dated 13-7-2012 passed by this Court, the appellant was released on bail.
3. Since neither the appellant nor his Advocate is present in the Court today, bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) be issued and to be served through the concerned Station House Officer of the Police Station, returnable after four
weeks.
