UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Delay condoned.
The interim bail granted to the petitioner expired in the year 2017. Thereafter, the petitioner has not surrendered.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner’s health condition is not good.

Only in view of this statement, we grant the petitioner time of two weeks from today to surrender before the Investigating Officer.
Needless to add that if the petitioner fails to surrender, necessary proceedings shall be initiated for taking him into custody.
Subject to what is observed above, the Special Leave
Petition is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
