O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration
of the petitioner which is almost four years and seven months and taking into
consideration the fact that the other co- accused have been granted bail and the fact
that there are no antecedent of the petitioner and this fact is not disputed by the learned
counsel for the respondent-State, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
The Sp ecial Leave Petition and pending application(s) are disposed of accordingly.
