Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, and looking
SLP (Crl.) No(s).4898/2022 2into the allegations against the petitioner in the First Information Report and the fact that he has already undergone two years incarceration, we are of the considered opinion that he is entitled to be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on such terms and conditions as may be found fit to be imposed by the Trial Court. The special leave petition is disposed of in the above terms.
