1. Leave granted.
2. Arising out of an Order dated 06.04.2022 passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur confirming the Order dated 10.10.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mundawar, District-Alwar, Rajasthan in Session Case No. 44/2018 taking cognizance against the appellant under Section 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure for the charges under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, the appellant has approached this Court.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at length, in the facts and circumstances of the case in which the discretion, as exercised by the Trial Court, and the same being affirmed by the High Court, we are of the considered view that the matter does not warrant any interference of this Court.

4. It is seen from the proceedings that at the time of issuing notice in this case on 02.05.2022, the operation of the impugned order dated 10.10.2019, passed by the Sessions Court, was stayed and the same is in operation till date. Therefore, we direct that the appellant, on appearing before the Sessions Court/ Trial Court within a period of three weeks from today, be released on furnishing the surety bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court and shall also undertake to co-operate with the trial.
5. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial in accordance with law.
6. In view of the aforesaid obser vations, the appeal stands
disposed of.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
