UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. We have heard learned senior counsel/ learned counsel for the parties at a considerable length and perused the material placed on record.
2. In our considered view, no case to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is made out.

3. The special leave petitions are accordingly, dismissed.
4. However, the interim protection against arrest, granted to the petitioner originally on 06 th
October, 2023 and continued till now, shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today to enable the petitioner, in the meanwhile, to apply for regular bail.
5. It is further clarified that the regular bail application shall be decided by the Trial Court on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the orders passed by the High Court or this Court.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
