Leave granted.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The appellant is the husband of the deceased. He has been incarcerated for more than nine years. It is a case where most of the witnesses turned hostile including the informant.
Considering the aforesaid fact, coupled with the period of incarceration, we are inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail subject to the condition that may be imposed by the Trial
Court.
Accordingly, IA No. 19117/2024 stands allowed.
