O R D E R
Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, no case is made out to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the appeal before the High Court is ordered to be expedited. The accused, who is released on bail, is directed to 1 co-operate with the High Court in early disposal of the appeal. If the High Court finds that the accused, who is released on bail, is not co-operating in early disposal of the appeal, it will be openfor the High Court to consider the case for cancellation of the bail after giving an opportunity of hearing to the accused.
