UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. T he petitioner seeks to assail order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37583/2022. As per the impugned order, the application for bail moved by the petitioner, who has been in
custody since 08.07.2022, was rejected.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Uttar Pradesh.

3. Taking into account the period of incarceration and also the fact that out of total 10 prosecution witnesses, 06 have already been examined, we are inclined to order for the release of the petitioner on bail, subject to the terms and conditions to be imposed by the Trial Court. Ordered accordingly. In that regard, the petitioner shall be produced before the Trial Curt, forthwith.
4. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of, as above.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
