O R D E R
1. Issue notice on the special leave petition as well IA No.34744/2024 (seeking extension of time from surrendering), returnable in six weeks.
2. Until further orders, the petitioner will not be under any obligation to surrender but he shall continue to remain on bail on the same terms as imposed prior to dismissal of his criminal appeal by the impugned order.
