UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner as also the learned counsel for the respondent-State of Madhya Pradesh and perused the petition papers. Though, the learned counsel for the respondent-State of Madhya Pradesh objects to grant of bail to the petitioner and indicated that the trial is under progress, keeping in view the stage at 2 which the trial is, and also taking note that the other co-accused have been granted bail between 25.11.2021 and 02.09.2022 respectively, we deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to appropriate conditions to be imposed by the Trial Court. The petitioner shall however, diligently co- operate in the progress of the trial failing which, it shall be brought to the notice of the Trial Court. Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
