UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
IA No. 133982/2022 in Crl.A. No. 137/2021 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having taken the totality of facts and circumstances into account, including the fact that 2 the applicant-appellant has served more than six years of actual sentence and the co-accused persons have already been granted bail, we are inclined to order suspension of execution of the remaining part of the sentence awarded to the applicant-appellant. Accordingly, this application (IA No.133982/2022)is allowed.
The remaining part of the sentence awarded to the applicant-appellant is ordered to remain suspended and he may be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
