We are not inclined to interfere with the application for extension of bail. However, we make it clear that the trial Court shall keep in mind the law laid down in this Court in Criminal Appeal No.838/2021 (arising out of SLP (Crl.) No.5442/2021), Siddharth vs. The State of U.P. & Anr. The Miscellaneous Application is accordingly dismissed.
