UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. This is petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petition.

3. Vide order dated 29 th May, 2023, the vacation Bench of this Court has granted interim protection in favour of the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the other co- accused have already been granted bail and that the present petitioner is bother-in-law of the deceased, we are inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

5. In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 58 of 2021 registered with Chandan Nagar Police Station, Pune , subject to
him executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.
6. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
