The petitioner, by way of present special leave 2 petition, has preferred a prayer for interim bail. Taking into consideration the fact that the other co- accused has already been released on bail, we are inclined to allow this prayer for interim bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 120/97 registered Police Station Sikanderpur, District-Balia and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Judge.
