2. Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant is cooperating with the investigation, interim relief granted on 22.08.2023 is made absolute. Accordingly, we are inclined to set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court and grant anticipatory bail to the appellant, subject to the conditions that can be imposed by the Trial Court.
3. However, we make it clear that the appellant shall continue to cooperate.
4. The appeal is allowed accordingly.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
