UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The applicant/petitioner has not surrendered yet despite time granted by the High Court. Hence, the application for exemption from surrendering is rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the applicant/petitioner shall surrender within two weeks.
As prayed, two weeks’ time is granted to surrender before the trial court and to file proof thereof before this Court in a week thereafter, failing which non- bailable warrant of arrest shall be issued by the concerned trial Court.
