UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
2. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
3. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
4. By way of an ad-interim relief, in the event of arrest,

the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.2 of 2022 registered by the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Theni, subject to him executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with one or more sureties in the like amount.
5. We further direct that the petitioner shall report to the Investigating Officer from 04.03.2024 to 07.03.2024 at 10 a.m. everyday and thereafter as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer.
