O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, w e are not inclined to interfere in the matter and grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. We are informed that the trial is already in progress and that 7 witnesses have been examined. In such circumstances, we provide that in case, the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the petitioner shall be entitled to renew his application for bail.
The special leave petition accordingly stands dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of .
