O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances subject to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in each case with the Gujrat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. (GUVNL) within a period of six weeks from today he shall be entitled to anticipatory bail. And in the event of being arrested he shall be entitled to be released on bail forthwith on such conditions as the trial court may find fit to be imposed. The Special Leave petitions are disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
