UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. This is an application seeking bail.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petition.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the other co-accused have been granted bail, we are inclined to grant bail.
4. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No.0115 dated 14.02.2021 registered with P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
5. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
